The Position

As the new Senior Manager for Warehouse and Intralogistics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement in a large scale CAPEX project.

In this position, you will:

Collaborate with FP (Finished Products) Expansions program and FFEx project management to develop and drive the scope of the Warehouse and Intra-logistics facility.
Build and lead a high-performing team, including work package owners, operators, technicians, and professionals, towards operational excellence.
Drive project management and execution, ensuring clear goals, effective project planning, and stringent monitoring of quality, schedule, and budget.
Lead and promote LEAN® practices, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and readiness for audits and inspections.



Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:

An academic degree in supply chain, business, procurement, engineering or other relevant area.
A background in warehouse and intra-logistics management, with strong experience in project management and project execution.
Experience in installing intralogistics equipment and the ability to build a warehouse in the project execution phase.
Strong communication and leadership skills in a large organization with the ability to build and lead a team towards operational excellence and motivating a team in time of change.
Familiarity with LEAN® practices, change management, and quality and compliance standards.
Experience with warehouse management system and knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and warehouse operations.
